What is a Presale?
A presale is an initial phase of your community launch. It allows you to:
Establish a member base before the official launch.
Validate your community idea by gauging real-time interest.
How does a presale work?
Payment and access: Your community's landing page will be active during the presale. Members can pay membership fees but won't access the community or the app until the official launch.
Fee holding: We hold the membership fees temporarily and refund them if the community does not launch.
Subscription timeline: The subscription period begins post-launch, and the next payment is due a month from the launch date, ensuring no financial loss to early subscribers.
Guide for access: Once launched, early subscribers receive a guide on how to navigate your space within the app.
Full refund policy: If you decide not to launch, we fully refund all payments.

Step 1: Spark anticipation â¨
Before your Community goes public, let's tease the crowd Post about the upcoming launch on your Instagram story, share snippets of your exclusive wellness content on Facebook, or create a fun "behind the scenes" TikTok. The goal is to get people curious and excited.
Step 2: Share your unique link đ˛
Step 3: Add a personal touch đž
A personal message goes a long way in making your followers feel special. Send a direct message to a few of your most loyal followers, inviting them to join as founding members.
What happens next? âŠī¸
The duration of the presale phase is completely up to you.
We usually recommend launching your community after you've secured at least 10 presale purchases.
If your presale phase extends beyond 2-3 weeks (or longer than you're comfortable with) and you haven't hit that 10-purchase milestone, you have the option to cancel or postpone your community launch.
Once you've reached your presale milestone, you're ready to hit the Launch button in the Community Dashboard. This signals the start of your community's public access. All subscribers who pre-ordered will be invited to join your community within the app. Plus, your premium community remains available for purchase via your unique landing page.
