First things first: when is the best time to launch your community? The key to answering this lies in reaching what we call a "quorum". We generally recommend launching your community after you've secured at least 10 presale purchases. This ensures you have a solid base of early members who are enthusiastic and ready to participate, making your community lively from day one.
Launching your community is a significant step. It signals that your community is ready for members to join and interact. Here's what happens when you press that 'Launch' button:
Presale Members: Those who purchased during the presale period will receive an email informing them that the community has launched. This email will also include instructions on how to join the community.
New Members: Anyone who purchases a subscription after the launch will be directly taken into the heart of the community activity.
